It's so hot all of a sudden... Now it really feels like Tokyo. Kul seems happy at least, I wonder if he can feel the heat... Well, he feels really hot but I guess that might just be from being out in the sun.

Um! Everyone be careful to wear hats and stuff when you're outdoors! Otherwise you might get sunburnt or get sunstroke! And try to drink lots of water!

Okay! I came up with a name for my new friend and he really likes it! Thanks for helping me, Kurogane! Kul says thank you too!

He seems to have trouble walking fast, probably because he has no legs, so sometimes I try to carry him, especially up stairs and stuff. He's really heavy but I'm pretty strong. And he can go up stairs, he's just slow. Which is a bit hard when I go to work because I need to go up that big staircase to the Upper Level! I don't want to leave him alone, at least not for a while. When we first got Hikari. I played with him all the time and fed him so he knew I was his owner. Plus, I don't want Kul to be lonely. Maybe I should move up, I've been allowed to go up there for a while now... Would it be okay? It'd be nice to watch the stars before bed.

Oof! This thing is heavy! Hey, I found something! He's really cool and friendly, and wouldn't stop following me so I'm going to keep him! I had to help him up the stairs though. I think he might be made of stone.

Being able to fly was really amazing... I loved it! It's been ages since I've flown on anything, and I don't think I've ever flown by myself like that. Unless flying in Rayearth counts. Does it? It doesn't seem to work anymore, but it was really wonderful while it lasted! So, whoever was responsible for it, thank you so much!

Maybe there's a spell for flying like that. When I go back to Cephiro, I should ask Clef and see if he can teach me.

It seems some of these new powers are causing trouble for people, so everyone please be careful! I guess it's temporary so it shouldn't be a huge problem.

Oh! And just a few more days until I'm allowed to go up to the Upper Level when I'm not working! I can't wait to explore up there!

This place isn't so bad really. It's dark and a little scary but all the people are really nice. There was a big mess earlier when I got home from the flower shop though! Was that what Tieria was talking about with Giant Turtle Bowser? Does anyone need any help cleaning up?

And, um, Mileina? I was wondering, do you have any clothes I can borrow? All I've got is my school uniform and it's not great for fighting in without my armor and it's getting kinda dirty... I'm not that much shorter than you so it should be okay...
